Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

This peanut butter frosting, made with four ingredients, is creamy, fluffy, and the perfect topping for fudge brownies, cupcakes, and chocolate cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk, or as needed

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Beat peanut butter and butter in a medium bowl until creamy and combined.
  3. Gradually blend in sugar; when the mixture thickens, begin incorporating milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until frosting is thick and spreadable.
  4. Beat on high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
